Using MSG to boil the broccoli means you can use less salt. It adds Umami and you can cut down on the salt!

Ingredients (2servings)

  • Broccoli: ½ bunch (250g)
  • Garlic: 1 piece chopped (10g)
  • MSG 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (10g)
  • Salt and pepper: a little of each
  • Pasta of your choice: 2 servings (160 ~ 200g)
