Chicken Tinola

Chicken Tinola or simply called "Tinola" is a famous chicken ginger soup with papaya and hot pepper leaves.
It is best eaten hot as soup or eaten together with steamed white rice especially during lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup unripe papaya, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper leaves
  • 1/2 pack (6 grams) AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • Fish sauce and pepper powder (optional)
