Juicy Fried Chicken

One of typical Malaysian tasty treats; simple and Juicy Fried Chicken.
- 600g (1.3 pounds) small chicken
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/4 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®, umami seasoning
- Sufficient cooking oil
Cut chicken into medium size and put into container.
Add in turmeric powder, fine salt and AJI-NO-MOTO®.
Mixed well and set aside.
Heat sufficient oil for deep-frying and put chicken into wok.
Fry till golden brown and crispy.
Take it out and set aside.
