You will not forget this tender garlic salmon with crispy butternut squash and asparagus which is ready in about 40 minutes. Baking on a sheet pan saves your time and it won't mess up your kitchen.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 c butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed (I used pre-chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided into three teaspoons
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 heaping tsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 lb salmon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt, divided into thirds
  • 1/8 tsp MSG umami seasoning, divided into thirds pepper, to taste
