Ingredients

Garlic Shrimp

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 pound (450g) extra large raw shrimp, fresh or frozen, thawed, peeled and deveined
  • 10 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp table salt
  • Sprinkle of AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • red pepper flakes to taste

Spinach

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 pound (450g) fresh baby spinach leaves, prewashed
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • squeeze of lemon juice (about ¼ of a lemon)
