Vegetable Fritto Misto

Adding AJI-NO-MOTO®, the umami seasoning, in the flour brings out the flavor of vegetables. By the time one batch has been devoured, you will be excited to have another one! Also, no salt is necessary.
- 1/2 (150g) zucchini
- 3.5 ounces (100g) green beans
- 1/2 (90g) red paprika
- 1/2 (90g) yellow paprika
- olive oil for frying
- [Batter ingredients]
- 2 ounces (50g) flour
- 80cc beer
- 1/4 tsp(s) MSG (AJI-NO-MOTO®)
Cut zucchini, red pepper and yellow pepper into rectangles of 5cm (2 inches) x 2cm (1 inch). Hull the green beans.
Mix the [Batter ingredients] in a bowl.
Dip (1) in (2), and fry in oil at 180℃/360℉.
