This is a healthy, tasty and easy vegetable umami snack. Let's have fun making balls and bring them to a potluck party!
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 250 g Pumpkin (steamed)
- ¼ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 4 ½ tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ cup Wheat flour
- 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Pumpkin (small diced)
- Enough Cooking oil
Mashed the pumpkin with AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt.
Add in wheat flour, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
Add in the diced pumpkin into the mixture.
Heat the cooking oil, fry until evenly brown.
