This is a healthy, tasty and easy vegetable umami snack. Let's have fun making balls and bring them to a potluck party!
- 1/2 pound (250 g) pumpkin, steamed
- 1/4 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® (MSG)
- 4 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cup wheat flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 ½ pounds (100 g) pumpkin, small diced
- Cooking oil
Mash the pumpkin with AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt.
Add in wheat flour, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
Add in the diced pumpkin into the mixture.
Heat the cooking oil, fry until evenly brown.
